Atkore Unistrut & Marco build on their apprentice ethos, by recruiting a HR apprentice
West Bromwich based company Atkore Unistrut & Marco are known throughout the industry for their original metal framing system. Evolving from a simple connection concept to a comprehensive engineered building and support system.
Atkore Unistrut & Marco are pleased to announce they have recruited another apprentice for the company.
Nicola Jones, HR Manager at Atkore Unistrut & Marco, said "This Apprenticeship will play an exciting and vital role in ensuring we maintain the skills and expertise necessary to continue the high standards of human resources."
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Support apprentice will gain experience in the full lifecycle of HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, employee relation and reward and recognition initiatives. The selected candidate will undertake work-based training and development to gain a Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship. This will be over a duration of 15 months with the support of an external assessor.
