Metal Framing Return Policy

Atkore accepts returns on metal framing products provided the return meets the following criteria:

• Product must be in good condition (undamaged, prime material, clean) AND in original bundle banding or original packaging.
  
• All fittings must be in full box/bag quantities.
  
• Customer pays return freight to Atkore’s desired location.
  
• Customer will be billed a 20% restocking fee.
  
• “Stocked items” are returnable. “D items/Make-To-Order items” are not returnable.
  
• Returns are accepted on product purchased within the last 12 months.
  
• Sales Agents enter returns in the Salesforce.com system. Returns are approved/rejected in Salesforce.com.
  
• Upon receipt of returned items Atkore will inspect the product to insure it meets the criteria above. Product in poor condition will not
  receive credit.
