At Atkore Unistrut & Marco there is a proactive approach about retaining talent and ensuring the business has the best skill set in each department.
The objective of this course was to provide opportunities and resources to some of Atkore Unistrut and Marco middle management. The delegates were instructed to focus on an area where they felt as a team they could improve, whether it was to become more sustainable as a business or capital investment to enhance productivity and profitability.The Manage, Lead, Inspire is a programme aimed at existing managers and potential leaders. This was an opportunity for potential leaders of the future who require a development programme to support the in-company talent development pipeline.

The ultimate goal of the course was not only for return on investment but to ensure the talent development has been embedded within the business. This was achieved by the delegates applying their development to deliver three business improvement projects with a member of the senior management team sponsoring their project.
